How do I give the link of my service to people

Each service you create has a unique link set at time of Service Creation. The Custom Link is defined by the URL of the Service.

In the above example URL https://30mins.com/KevinNicol4551/maths-tution is the link you will share with other people. There is a QR code also created automatically that you can share.

You can find this QR code in the “Services” page.

Once the user is blocked then they can be moved into the inbox section by simply clicking on the 3 dots and then click on move to inbox option so that blocked user can be moved into inbox

For moving the chat from archive into inbox simply click on the Chat section then user need to click on the 3 dots and there will be a option of “Archived Conversation” so user needs to click on that and which ever chat list are there in archived section user can move that into inbox

Here when user click on 3 dots of the chat then there is option to move the archive chat into inbox

How to read the questions and answers in my meeting section

Once a user booked any meeting with Pre Booking Questions then it will appear into the My Meetings menu in ‘As Provider’ Listing. And from the Booker side it will appear in the ‘As Booker’ Listing. So users need to click on ‘?’ icon to view the questions and answers for the meeting.

How do I set up pre-booking questions

This is useful when you need to know more about or get some more information then you can select this option from Services >> More Options >> Select the Question tab and click on YES.

Here, you can create maximum 3 numbers of questions and you can create questions with 4 types of answers like, Free text, Dropdown, Checkbox and Radio. And also you can make questions as Required. So when any booker user will book the meetings then the user can see that question as required field.

And it will display the same as the image below at the front end at the time of the book a meeting.

How do I make my services private and public?

You can make any services as Public or Private according to your visibility in Searches.

So you can set your Service Public or Private from Services Menu and you need to select the options from Service listing and click to select Public or Private.

For Private options, please check this below image.

Once you select any service as Private then it will not appear into searches for this site.

And If the visibility is selected as Public then it will appear in Search.

How do I join the organization?

Here, users can join any organizations from the organization screen. So users need to click on the “Join Another Organization” button and insert any valid or existing organization name and click on Search. So users can able to see the list of organizations.

There are 2 ways to join any organization. First one is a user can Request for an access to join in any organization, Second is user can join the organization directly. This is based on organization set up restrictions which are created by the organization owner.

If Selected as RESTRICTED – Invite Required then users need to perform the Request Access.

If Selected as OPEN – then users can join directly.

If Selected as LOCKED – then the user will not be able to do any action on it and only view the LOCKED button.

And If user is already joined then it will display button with “Already Joined”.

How can we add social links in our profile?

After logging click on profile section from the sidebar menu, Usually profile tab is selected by default, if you have already added social links, it will show in profile section as per below screen, there will be 2 options, If you click on + icon it will redirect to screen where you can add social links, and if you click on Edit icon, you can able to edit previously added all social links.

If you select + icon, it will be redirected to a screen where you can add all needed links like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin and youtube links. Once you add all links you can able to see all links in your profile.

Once you add all links in your profile, if someone visits your profile they are able to see all your social links and they are able to connect with you.
