How do I use Collective Availability?

After login to your account, click on ‘Collective Availability’ menu. But firstly you need to purchase the extensions for access this module.

So you will need to buy the Collective Availability extensions. You need to click on the above mentioned button then it will redirect to Extensions page.

After activating this extension you will be able to see the below UI of the page.

In this screen, users are able to do multiple operations like, create group, update group, delete group and check availability.

So, to create a group user must have to ‘Add’ only Active and registered users of the 30mins site. And users will be able to create groups of any number of members. And users can do multiple operations like, add or remove members from the lists, Edit the Group name..Etc.

And here by default the group name will display with the total number of added member counts for that group. If there are 3 members in the group then it will display as ‘Group# 3’.

If the user clicks on the ‘Check Availability’ button for any date to view the available time slots of the members of the group, then it will display with Duration popup and based the inserted duration it will display the available Time slots.

List of available slots will appear after clicking the confirm button from the Duration popup.
